Introduction
The COM Express Type 6 Raptor Lake-P is a powerful COM Express Type 6-based IoT solution development kit powered by Intel 13th Gen i5-13600HE 12-core (4 P-core + 8 E-core) or i3-13300HE 8-core (4 P-core + 4 E-core) SoC with integrated Intel Iris Xe GPU graphics (80 execution units) and comprehensive high-speed interfaces. Performance and power-efficiency-focused, this kit features a COM Express module with Intel’s advanced hybrid architecture, harnessing 4 Performance-cores for IoT workloads and up to 8 Efficient cores for background task management. It provides superior performance and power per watt with high flexibility in realizing a wide range of smart, edge innovations at 35/45W TDP. Packing up to 64GB DDR5 SO-DIMM memory and integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics with 80 execution units, the module and development kit boasts to be your essential key in developing and prototyping for various graphics- and AI-focused industrial IoT applications.
